Yes. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time. There are no lock-in contracts. Once you join, you can manage your subscription directly from your Club profile, including adjusting delivery frequency.

Your first box is packed and shipped from NSW, Australia shortly after you place your order. Future boxes are delivered according to your subscription cycle.

Yes. Our book selections rotate regularly and we track previous deliveries to help ensure ongoing Club members continue discovering new stories over time.

Yes. Our boxes are curated by age group. First Stories is designed for babies and toddlers aged 0–3, while Growing Readers is designed for children aged 4+.

Our Simplified Chinese books come from a range of publishers, so formats can vary. Some books may include Pinyin (拼音) alongside Simplified Chinese characters, while others may use characters only.

Pinyin is not included in every book, as we select titles primarily for the quality of the story, illustrations and suitability for your child’s age.

Yes. Many Booklings families are learning alongside their children or rebuilding confidence in Mandarin. The goal is not perfect language use, but creating positive and consistent reading experiences together.

Absolutely. Many of our members are raising bilingual children who are more confident in English. The books are selected to make Mandarin feel enjoyable, accessible and part of everyday family life.

Many of our books come from trusted international publishers and are not commonly available through mainstream Australian and New Zealand bookstores.
