At Booklings Club, we want every delivery to feel like a little celebration.
 Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your box of stories will arrive.

 

 

Processing & Fulfilment

  • Your first box ships within 3–7 business days of placing your initial order.
  • Subscription renewals are processed monthly based on your sign-up date, and each box is prepared and shipped shortly after each successful renewal.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number each time a box leaves our Central Coast studio.

 

 

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days across Australia.
  • Regional or remote areas may take a little longer depending on Australia Post.
  • Please allow extra time during public holidays or peak periods.

 

 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on delivery location and parcel size.
  1. Subscription boxes and gift boxes are shipped as parcels and may attract different rates depending on your state or territory.
  2. One-off book orders are shipped using lighter parcel or letter services where possible.

All orders are sent with tracked Australia Post delivery.

 

 

Delays or Lost Parcels

We do our best to ensure every Booklings box arrives safely and on time.
 If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipping confirmation, please email us at hello@booklings.com.au and we’ll investigate with the courier.

 

 

International Shipping

At the moment, we ship within Australia only, but we’re working hard to bring Booklings boxes to more families around the world soon. 🌍
