Refund & Returns Policy

At Booklings, every box is hand-packed with care — but if something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.

 


 

Change of Mind

Because each Booklings box is curated and personalised, we don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind or subscription cancellations after your order has been processed.

You can, however, pause, skip, or cancel future renewals anytime through your customer account before your next billing date.

 


 

Damaged, Faulty, or Duplicated Items

If any books or items arrive damaged, faulty, or duplicated, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@booklings.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

We’ll happily arrange a replacement item or refund for any faulty or incorrect products in line with Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

Missing Boxes or Delivery Errors

If your box hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, please get in touch and we’ll investigate immediately with our carrier.

 


 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
