Subscription Policy

Welcome to Booklings Club — a subscription designed to bring stories from around the world straight to your door.
We believe in flexibility, transparency, and happy little readers.

 


 

How It Works

When you subscribe, you’re joining our monthly book club for children.

Here’s how it goes:

  1. Your first box ships right away, within 3–7 business days of your order.
  2. After that, you’ll receive a new box on our regular monthly cycle, typically around the 15th of each month.
  3. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking email each time your next box is on the way.

 


 

Billing & Renewals

  • You’ll be charged on the day you subscribe for your first box.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month (or each billing period, if you select a multi-month plan).
  • Future payments are processed on the same date each month as your original order, or just before your next box ships.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt for every renewal.

 


 

Managing Your Subscription

We like to keep things simple and flexible — you’re always in control.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your Booklings account before your next billing date.

Log into your account or email us at hello@booklings.com.au and we’ll sort it out quickly.

 


 

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date.
  • Once an order has been processed and payment captured, it will be fulfilled as your next scheduled box.
  • No refunds are issued for change of mind after an order has been processed (see our Refund Policy for details).

 


 

Failed Payments

If a payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), our system will automatically retry after a few days.
You’ll receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method to avoid interruptions.

 


 

Communication

You’ll receive occasional updates about your upcoming boxes, shipping details, and new language launches.
You can opt out of marketing emails anytime by clicking “unsubscribe” in our newsletters — but we’ll still send important account or delivery updates.

Looking for the perfect gift for a little reader? Booklings Club boxes make thoughtful, language-filled surprises for birthdays, holidays, or new parents.

 


 

Gift Subscriptions

  • Gift subscriptions are prepaid, not auto-renewing — perfect for one-off or fixed-term gifts.
  • You can choose 1, 3, or 6-month gift options during checkout.
  • The recipient will receive their first box within 3–7 business days, then continue on our regular monthly cycle.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the gift details and tracking for the first box.

 


 

Personal Messages

You can add a personalised gift note at checkout — we’ll include it in the first box to make their unboxing even more special. 💛

 


 

Changes & Cancellations

  • Gift subscriptions are prepaid and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the first order has been processed.
  • If the recipient receives a faulty, damaged, or duplicated item, our Refund & Returns Policy applies — we’ll replace or refund the affected book.

 


 

Gifting to Multiple Addresses

If you’re purchasing gifts for multiple children or families, please place separate orders for each delivery address so we can ensure the right boxes go to the right homes.
