1. What is Booklings Club?
 Booklings Club is a monthly children’s book subscription that delivers beautiful, age-appropriate stories in your chosen language straight to your door.
 Each box is carefully curated to bring joy to your bilingual reading journey — helping families celebrate language, culture, and imagination.

2. Who is Booklings for?
 For families who want to nurture a love of reading — whether you’re preserving your heritage language, raising bilingual kids, or simply introducing your child to another language and culture.

3. What languages do you offer?
 We currently offer Spanish boxes, Traditional and Simplified Chinese and Indonesian coming soon — and more languages planned!

 

 

Subscriptions & Boxes

4. How does the subscription work?
 Choose your language and your child’s age group. Each month, you’ll receive a box of 2 hand-picked children’s books delivered to your door.
Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

5. What’s inside a Booklings box?
Each box includes 2 high-quality children’s books (depending on the age group) plus a surprise reading card or activity.
 We choose books that are engaging, beautifully illustrated, and loved by children around the world and preferable award winning books.

6. Can I buy a single box or gift one?
 Yes! You can purchase a one-time box or send a gift subscription — perfect for birthdays or new parents. 

7. How do I change or cancel my subscription?
 You can manage your subscription easily from your customer account — pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime before your next renewal date.

 

 



Shipping, Delivery & Billing

8. Where do you ship?
 We currently ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in New South Wales.
 International shipping to New Zealand will be added soon!

9. When will my first box arrive?
 Your first Booklings box ships right away — usually within 3–7 business days of placing your order.
 We know kids can’t wait to open their first surprise, so we make sure your first delivery arrives as soon as possible!

After that first shipment, your subscription moves into our regular monthly cycle.

10. How does the monthly delivery cycle work?
 Booklings runs on a rolling subscription model:

  • Your first box is sent immediately after you subscribe.
  • Then, you’ll receive your next box on our monthly schedule (around the 15th of each month).
  • All following boxes are shipped on that same cycle, so families receive their books roughly once a month from their original order date.

You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking each time your box is on the way.

11. When will I be charged?
 You’re charged on the day you subscribe for your first box.
 After that, your next payments are processed automatically each month on the same date (or just before your next box ships).
 For example, if you subscribe on the 2nd of the month, your future payments will renew around the 2nd of each month, and your next box will be part of the mid-month cycle.

You’ll always receive an email reminder and receipt for each renewal.

12. How long does delivery take?
 Once shipped, most boxes arrive within 3–8 business days across Australia, depending on your location.
 (Regional areas may take a little longer.)

13. How much is shipping?
 Shipping is a flat rate of [insert amount] Australia-wide, or free for pre-paid subscriptions and gifts over [insert threshold].

14. How do I update my payment details or billing information?
 You can update your payment method, billing address, or subscription details anytime through your Booklings Club account.
 Simply log in using the same email you used at checkout, select “Manage Subscription,” and you’ll see options to:

  • Update your credit card or payment details
  • Edit your billing or shipping address
  • Pause, skip, or cancel your subscription

Books & Curation

14. How do you choose the books?
 We partner with trusted publishers around Latin America, Spain, Taiwan and China and educators to select stories that are age-appropriate, culturally authentic, and visually beautiful.
 Our goal is to make language learning joyful and natural.

15. Will I ever get the same book twice?
 No — each box is curated carefully to ensure there are no repeats within the same language and age group.

16. Are the books translations or originals?
 A mix! We include both original works from native-language authors and high-quality translations of beloved titles.

 

 

Other Questions

17. Can I choose the exact titles?
 Not yet — part of the fun is the surprise! But we always ensure books are matched to your child’s age and language level.

18. What age groups do you offer?
 We currently offer two categories:

  • 0–3 years (board books and early learning titles)
  • 4+ years (picture books and early readers)

19. What do we do with the books once our child outgrows them?

Your Booklings books are yours to keep forever — add them to your child’s bookshelf, gift them to another little reader, or pass them forward to a family who’ll love them just as much.

We’re also exploring a Booklings Buy-Back / Pre-Loved Program so your well-loved stories can continue their journey in another home. Stay tuned!
